What is the return policy?
At beja, we want you to be happy with your order. Eligible items can be returned if they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Please note that we recommend checking all sizing information carefully before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 working days after the return is received and inspected.

How to contact us?
If you have any questions about your order, shipping, returns, or general enquiries, you can contact beja via email, Instagram DM or our contact us page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, although during busy periods responses may take up to 72 hours.

When will I get my order?
All beja orders are carefully made to order to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days from the date of purchase. During busy periods such as launches, holidays, or high-demand drops, delivery may take up to 14 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or high order volumes. Customers are also responsible for ensuring their shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. However, we currently offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the UK mainland. Shipping costs for international orders, if available, will be calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Can i track my order?
Yes. Once your order has entered production, you'll receive a tracking number from our courier so you can follow its journey. You can easily track your delivery at any time using the Shop app, where you'll receive live updates from dispatch through to delivery.
How can i find my size?
Each garment has its own dedicated size guide on the product page to help you choose the right fit. All of our pieces are designed with a regular fit and should fit true to size.
Our heavyweight 300gsm T-shirts may feel slightly firmer when new, but they'll naturally soften and loosen with wear while maintaining their premium shape.
